Cara:<br />
1. Dlm satu bekas, gaulkan kesmua bhn2 <b>A</b> utk buat pes kerutub/kerutuk. Make sure ia cair sket yek. <br />
2. Panaskan minyak dalam periuk besar sket, dgn api medium je. Kemudian masukkan kesemua bhn2 <b>C</b>, kemudian bhn2 <b>B</b>. Kacau2 smpai naik bau, tambahkan pes bhn2 <b>A</b>
td. Kacau2 lagi. Tumiskan ia dalam 5-7min gitu...iaitu smpai ia naik
myk. Bila dh naik minyak (myk dh naik kt lapisan atas), baru ler ada warna
kemerah-merahan tu (sama le cam gulai kari kan). Baru menyerlah rupanye
tu kan.<br />
3. Pastu, dh naik myk tu baru dimasukkan ayam dan kesemua bhn2 <b>D</b>.
Masakkan smpai kuah pekat dan ayam betul2 empuk. Kira2 seminit sblm nk
tutup api tu, masukkan cili hijau/merah (cili2 ni tak perlu nk lama
masak sbb ia akan lembut masa kuah tu masih panas, tak perlu tggu atas
api). Ok, itu aje...siap utk dihidang...nyummmm!<br />

* 8-10 keping roti putih (akak guna 9 keping roti Gardenia - x perlu disiat kecil)<br />
* 200 ml santan - (akak guna santan kotak Kara je)<br />
* 200 ml air<br />
* 1 cawan gula (akak letak 3/4 cawan je gula kastor)<br />
* 4 biji telor - (akak buang tali pusatnya)<br />
* 1 sudu teh garam halus<br />
* 1/2 sudu teh pes pandan<br />
* 2 helai daun pandan - disimpul<br />
<br />
Cara-Cara:-<br />
<br />
1. Dalam mangkuk besar, kacau bersama santan, air, gula, telor, garam dan pes pandan dengan menggunakan whisk sahaja.<br />
2. Kemudian rendamkan kepingan roti ke dalam adunan di atas dan biarkan sekurang-kurangnya 10 minit.<br />
3. Pindahkan kepingan roti yang direndam tadi ke dalam loyang bulat 8 inci (akak sapu dulu loyang dengan sedikit mentega). Tuangkan lebihan adunan juga ke dalam loyang.<br />
4. Letakkan daun pandan yang telah disimpulkan di atas permukaan roti tadi.<br />
5. Sediakan kukusan dan bila air mendidih, kukus bingka selama 15 - 20 minit. (akak balut penutup kukusan dgn kitchen towel agar air kukusan tidak menitis di permukaan bingka).<br />
6. Kerana anak anak amat meyukai cupcake dengan buttercream icing, jadi akak buat lagi menggunakan resepi sama macam dulu, "Death to Chocolate Cake" with buttercream<br />

Resepinya:<br />
Resepi dibawah untuk 1 adunan kek. Tapi akak buat 1/2 adunan sahaja.<br />

* 2 cwn gula (kisar)<br />
* 2 cwn tepung (ayak)<br />
* 3 biji telur grade A<br />
* 1 cwn koko powder<br />
* 1 cwn susu cair<br />
* 1 cwn minyak(sy gune butter cair)<br />
* 1 cwn air panas didih<br />
* 1 tsp soda bikarbonat<br />
* 1 tsp baking powder<br />
* 1 tsp esen vanila <br />
<br />
Cara cara:<br />
<br />
1. tepung +koko powder+soda bikarbonat+baking powder di ayak bersama<br />
2. pukul gula dan telur sampai kembang, tambahkan esen vanila<br />
3. masukkan susu dan minyak/butter cair dlm adunan,kacau sebati<br />
4. masukkan bahan2 yg diayak (cara 1) kedalam adunan. gaul dgn cara kaup balik<br />
5. last skali masukkan air panas..kacau sebati<br />
6. bakar selama 45 minit pd suhu 175-180degree. bule juga kukus slame lebih kurang 1 jam<br />

untuk buttercream:<br />
1/2 cawan butter<br />
1/2 cawan krimwell<br />
1/3 cawan icing sugar<br />
1 sudu kecil vanilla<br />
<br />
Mix semua bahan utk buttercream di atas sampai gebu dan putih. Bila dah kembang dan gebu, buleh tambah pewarna yg hendak di gunakan......kaacau sebati dan siap utk digunakan.<br />

1. Kupas, buang urat dan potong kecil ubi kayu. Masukkan ke dalam pengisar dan kisar dengan air hingga halus. Tapis ubikayu ke dalam mangkuk, biarkan selama 15 minit. Keluarkan air jernih dari dalam mangkuk dan ambil mendapan pati ubi kayu, campurkan bersama parutan ubi yang ditapis.<br />

Sprinkle in cream of tartar and beat until it is white in colour. Add in 50g sugar 3 times (a little at a time) and beat until stiff perks formed. About 8 - 10 minutes for 150w egg beater. </div><div>5. Pour 1/2 egg white into flour mixture in (3) and blend well. </div><div>6. Pour flour mixture into the rest of the egg white and blend well. Pour into an ungreased chiffon cake tin. </div><div>7. Bake at 175C for 45 minutes or until cooked. </div><div>8. Invert the cooked cake during cooling process.<br />

<li>Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit. Uli hingga menjadi doh yang lembut. Kuantiti tepung bergantung kepada kelembutan doh.</li>
<li>Ambil sedikit adunan dan tekan ke dalam acuan tat. Cucuk dengan garfu sebelum dibakar.</li>

Masukkan esen vanilla dan gula perang dan pukul hingga sebati. Tuangkan adunan kedalam mangkuk dan bekukan dalam peti sejuk. Bahagikan adunan inti kepada 10 gram dan bulatkan dan simpan dalam peti sejuk sehingga sedia untukdigunakan.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

Masukkan yis, telur dan air. Putar selama 1 minit pada kelajuan perlahan dan kemudian pada kelajuan sederhana selama 8 minit. Masukkan butter dan gaul hingga sebati selama 5 minit pada kelajuan sederhana sehingga adunan roti menjadi lembut dan licin. Kemudian bulatkan adunan setiap bahagian 55 gram (boleh dapat 17 bahagian). Bentukkan bulat. In one container, sieve flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.</div><div style="margin: 0px;">3. In a small container, combine cocoa powder and red coloring and stir well until form a paste (I added a little water).</div><div style="margin: 0px;">3. Using a stand mixer, beat butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg, beat until blended. Add the vanilla extract and cocoa powder mixture, beat until well blended.</div><div style="margin: 0px;">4. Add in sifted flour and buttermilk alternately. Beginning and ending with flour. (F-M-F-M-F)</div><div style="margin: 0px;">5. In a small bowl, combine vinegar and baking soda and add it to your batter. Stir well with a spatula. <li>2 sk serbuk penaik</li>
<li>2 sk serbuk soda bikarbonat</li>

<li>2 cawan gula perang lembut / soft brown sugar</li>
<li>3/4 cawan susu perisa coklat</li>
<li>3/4 cawan kopi panas</li>
<li>1 cawan air panas</li>
<li>2 sk esen vanilla</li>
<li>3/4 cawan minyak jagung / minyak sayuran</li>

<ol><li style="text-align: justify;">Panaskan oven pd suhu 160C. Sediakan loyang kek yg berukuran 22 sm. Griskan dgn mentega dan taburkan dgn sedikit tepung. Seelok2nya dialas dgn kertas minyak.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Sediakan bekas yg agak besar, ayakkan tepung, serbuk koko, serbuk penaik serta soda bikarbonat di dlmnya. Kemudian masukkan gula dan garam. Kacau rata2.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Masukkan air kopi, susu perisa coklat, air panas dan esen vanilla. Kacau sebati dgn menggunakan spatula atau senduk kayu.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Masukkan pula minyak jagung/minyak sayuran. Kacau lagi hingga sebati. Pastikan adunan tidak bergentel. Kalau perlu, tapiskan.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Akhir sekali, masukkan jus lemon atau cuka. Terus kacau cepat2 hingga rata.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Kemudian, tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang. Bakar selama 40 minit atau sehingga masak. Kepanasan suhu bergantung pd jenis oven yg digunakan. </li>

70 gram butter<br />
2 biji telur<br />
50g gula halus<br />
60g tepung gandum<br />
1 sudu kecil baking powder<br />
(aku terus guna tepung naik sendiri)<br />

Cairkan coklat masakan secara 'double boiler'.<br />
Setelah cair, masukkan mentega. Setelah mentega cair, kacau sebati dan ketepikan.<br />
Dalam pada tu, bolehlah start panaskan oven anda dlm suhu 170 darjah celcius.<br />

Dalam mangkuk yg lain, masukkan telur & gula. Kacau sehingga sebati. Tak payah pukul sampai kembang pun.<br />
Kemudian, masukkan coklat tadi kedlm mangkuk telur. Gaul rata.<br />
Kemudian masukkan tepung yg sudah diayak sedikit demi sedikit.<br />
Lepas tu, masukkan adunan sehingga 1/2 bekas muffin tu.<br />
Bakar selama 25 minit. <br />

Cara-cara <br />
<br />
1. tepung +koko powder+soda bikarbonat+baking powder di ayak bersama <br />
2. pukul gula dan telur sampai kembang, tambahkan esen vanila <br />
3. masukkan susu dan minyak/butter cair dlm adunan,kacau sebati <br />
4. masukkan bahan2 yg diayak (cara 1) kedalam adunan. gaul dgn cara kaup balik <br />
5. last skali masukkan air panas..kacau sebati <br />
6. bakar selama 45 minit pd suhu 175-180degree. bule juga kukus slame lebih kurang 1 jam <br />
7. **utk ganache** <br />
8. dlm mangkuk kecil, didihkan whipping cream <br />
9. bila dah didih,padam api...dan masukkan cooking choc. kacau sebati <br />
10. tambahkan golden syrup <br />
11. ambil 1 cwn ganache..bakinya simpan dlm peti sjuk <br />
12. ##utk whipped cream..pukul 1 cwn whipping cream sampai muncul soft peak, kemudian tuangkan 1 cwn choc ganache yg di ambil dr langkah sblum ini. kacau sebati <br />
13. kek yg dah siap..di potong tgh2. sapukan dgn whipped cream dari step di atas.kemudian lapiskan dgn kek yg separuh lg..sapu hingga menutupi keseluruhan kek.kemudian..simpan dlm peti sejuk lebih kurang 30 minit. <br />
